The following are some of the methods for monitoring quality and customer satisfaction:

  • Daily inspections are made by either the Account Supervisor or any other member of the management team.
  • Weekly Progress Report - A condensed review of all the weekly activities (Account Supervisor).
  • Weekly or Bi-Weekly Control Inspections - Detailed inspections made by Senior Management.
  • Monthly Control Inspections - These are inspections during day time activities on a scheduled basis with the customer.
  • Quarterly Control Audit - Excel Systems, Inc. President and Senior Management.
